Key subscription terms

  • Price: EUR 450 per month excluding VAT.
  • After receiving your request we confirm the start date of the subscription by e-mail. The first subscription period runs from that start date up to and including 31 December of the current year; if you start from September, it runs up to and including 31 December of the following year.
  • We invoice the first subscription period in advance in the start month; every following subscription year is invoiced in advance in January.
  • The subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions and takes effect on 31 December of the current year.
  • Refunds of subscription fees already invoiced are not possible.

What happens after you sign up?

What does the subscription cost and what is included?
Basis costs EUR 375 per month (excl. VAT) for a single user with up to 3 profiles. Premium costs EUR 450 per month (excl. VAT) and is for your whole team: up to 5 users, unlimited profiles per user and the Expert function for everyone. Need more than 5 users or multiple business units? Then Corporate is the right choice; e-mail us your situation for a proposal.
When does my subscription start and how am I invoiced?
After receiving your request we confirm the start date of the subscription by e-mail. The first subscription period runs from that start date up to and including 31 December of the current year; if you start from September, it runs up to and including 31 December of the following year.

We invoice the first subscription period in advance in the start month; every following subscription year is invoiced in advance in January.
How does cancellation and refunding work?
The subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions and takes effect on 31 December of the current year.

Refunds of subscription fees already invoiced are not possible.
What happens after you start your subscription?
After your request you immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your request details and the terms and conditions. We then contact you within one working day to set up your access, and you can add extra users.

After setup we plan an onboarding together, so you and your team can start with ETIntell right away.
